RULES AND REGULATIONS
OF 1ST ANNUAL BOUNCING BULLDOGS EVENT TO CHALLENGE OBESITY
• Record all physical activity in provided diary.
• Participants must have a witness for proof of physical activity.
- This witness must sign a participant’s diary after each workout.
- The witness may be different for each activity as long as someone signs off .
- The witness also decides what level of exercise was completed and therefore how many points are allotted.
• There are three different levels of intensity: high, medium, low. For each level a different number of points are awarded based on the intensity.
- High intensity: One must complete 30 minutes to 1 hour (60 minutes) in order for them to receive their daily 15 points. If one wants to challenge themselves to complete more than 1 hour of physical activity, they can be award 5 extra points. Total possible points per day: 20 points.
- Medium Intensity: One must complete 30 minutes to 1 hour (60 minutes) in order for them to receive their daily 10 points. If one wants to challenge themselves to complete more than 1 hour of physical activity, they can be award 5 extra points. Total possible points per day: 15 points.
- Low Intensity: One must complete 30 minutes to 1 hour (60 minutes) in order for them to
receive their daily 5 points. If one wants to challenge themselves to complete more than 1 hour of physical activity, they can be award 5 extra points. Total possible points per day: 10 points.!
• The diary must be fully completed. Even if one does not exercise on a given day, they must fill out the box saying that there was no exercise completed. (Ex. N/A, 0 minutes completed.)
• Remember to set goals at the beginning of each week and reflect on improvement at the end of each week.
• Be safe and have fun!
