The Bouncing Bulldogs jump rope program offers youth of all ages an opportunity to develop various skills to include, but not limited to leadership, communication, motor and jump rope specific. No previous jump rope experience is required to participate in this non-competitive, unique physical activity.
All class sessions are directed by Coach Ray N. Fredrick, Jr., a retired health and physical education teacher who is internationally recognized as the Coach of the National and World Champion Bouncing Bulldogs Jump Rope Team.
