THE GOAL 
& YOUR DIARY
The intention of this program is to train both body and mind to run or walk the Jump Forward 5K. 
We encourage you to exercise each day for all six weeks, and record your achievements in the given diaries. Return your diary to the Bouncing Bulldogs Gym on one of the following dates and you will be entered to win prizes!

Dates to submit diaries 
Mon — April 13th  4-6 pm 
Tues — April 14th  4:30-6 pm
Wed — April 15th 4:30-7:30 pm

1st Annual
Bouncing Bulldogs Event to 
Challenge Obesity!

Keep those New Year’s Resolutions and we are here to help! The Bulldogs have organized a six week program that focuses on the importance of exercise and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. 

Being accountable will increase your chances of obtaining your goal!  With your personal goal in mind, we encourage you to track your activities in a personal diary we provide for you. The fun part is you earn points by pushing yourself to exercise multiple times a week.   Both length of activity and intensity will determine the number of points earned. 

To help celebrate your success we encourage you to join the Bulldogs at the end of the six week program for the Jump Forward 5K Race on Saturday, April 25th, 2015. 

This 5K will be part of the Bouncing Bulldogs’ fundraising campaign titled: Jump Forward! It will conclude the six week exercise program and give participants a chance to celebrate their achievements, once they reach their goals. 

At the event, prizes will be awarded in individual, family, and group categories for the six week challenge, and individual prizes will be given for the 5K! Remember this is a fundraiser for the Bouncing Bulldogs Community Center, the first permanent home for the team, designed from scratch, and funded by donations from families and friends. We invite all to participate, set personal goals, and help us reach our ultimate goal, the building of the Bouncing Bulldogs Community Center!!!

Disclaimer: If a participant wishes to be entered to win prizes for their achievements in the 1st Annual Bouncing Bulldogs Event to Challenge Obesity, then they must be present at the Jump Forward 5K, or have a representative attend in their place. They must also have turned in a completed diary given to them when they signed up for the program.
