We encourage you to exercise each day for all six weeks, and record your achievements in the given diaries. Return your diary to the Bouncing Bulldogs Gym on one of the following dates and you will be entered to win prizes! Disclaimer: If a participant wishes to be entered to win prizes for their achievements in the 1st Annual Bouncing Bulldogs Event to Challenge Obesity, then they must be present at the Jump Forward 5K, or have a representative attend in their place. They must also have turned in a completed diary given to them when they signed up for the program.
